- Knees could bend a little more
- Use the leading hip tip - by the time you get into the trophy pose, and the use your core muscles to pull the upper body.
- Looks like you are already, but check if, from the point the racket drops down behind your back, you are bringing the racket up on edge(hammer like) and pronating before contact
- At contact, the hand is angled to the side; try to keep it straight up.
- Leaning too far forward into the court. Try to use your hieght and hit at the highest reach. The toss is still a little out in front, toss closer or position yourself to be closer to the ball
